FAQ

  •  Per AHA Guidelines all students are required to have a book prior to class and brought with you to class. HeartBoss Heroes pricing includes the e-Book for our classes. You will receive the book after paying for the course you are registering to take. Please give 24-48 hours to receive your book. Please make sure to check your junk folder if you paid for the class and still have not received your book prior to the start of class.

  •  **ACLS and PALS pre-course self-assessment and pre-course work must be completed prior to class start; you will receive a step-by-step guide on how to access the pre-course requirements once registration for the class is completed. If these items are not completed and certificate of completion is not received, you will not be allowed to attend class. You can either email a copy to admin@heartbossheroes.com or bring a physical copy with you to class. **The pre-course work takes a considerable about of time, please make sure you register with enough time to complete these.

  •  Practice face shields and all other practice equipment included in pricing

  •  Initial Classes, these classes are for first time students or if your certification has expired past the date able to be renewed. Expect to attend a two-day course. Attendance is required in full for both days in order to be eligible for course completion and receive your eCard.

  •  e-Cards will be issued same day if completed before 3:00 PM M-F, if completed after 3:00 PM they will be issued the next business day. E-cards are also included in the price for each class.

  •  Payment is due at the time you register for a class. This is to ensure that you are able to get your books before the start of class to meet the AHA guidelines. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact 817-888-1503 to discuss other arrangements. No refunds will be issued.

  • Active military, veterans AND military spouses receive a 10% discount with valid military ID or proof of service.
